His focus now is on setting strategic vision for Headspring’s consulting services, and ensuring that our consultant engineers are equipped with the right environment, equipment, and skills to deliver great software that transforms organizations.
Stephen brings a combination of experience from corporate HR and technology based on his time as a manager at EY, HR point person at Goldman Sachs, and VP of technology strategy. His passion for promoting positive culture led him to spin up his own consultancy helping clients like Apple define and refine their employee engagement. He co-founded Workify to scale that vision, leveraging his Fortune 500 background to help companies of all sizes improve their organizational commitment.
