Coping with the stress of operating remotely in a time of crisis can lead to widespread uncertainty within your organization. We’re right there with you: It’s not just about dealing with geographical distance—you’re navigating shifting schedules and working hours and learning how to handle multi-level communications asynchronously. But being distributed doesn’t have to be a productivity-buster, it can actually be a boon if you focus on two key things: agility and engagement.
In this webinar, Glenn Burnside, Headspring’s EVP of Operations and Strategy will team up with Workify’s co-founder and CEO, Stephen Huerta, to teach you how to become asynchronous, agile, and engaged. You’ll learn:
- Software development practices that can be applied within any organization to enhance collaboration and accelerate throughput
- Agile practices that will not only smooth your transition in the days to come, but strengthen your ability to respond to changes long term
- How to stay attuned and attentive using Workify’s conversations tool—an anonymous suggestion box to help you hone engagement efforts
- Survey strategies that will give suddenly-asynch employees an outlet to voice their concerns, so you can respond in real-time
Priorities have shifted. Ours right now is to leverage what we know to help you respond swiftly and deliberately to change, and emerge a stronger team.
