President & CEO
Dustin, who is also the co-founder of Workify, is a proven entrepreneur. His first company, Headspring, has grown from its original location at Dustin’s kitchen counter to a team that now spans nearly ten cities and three countries. Headspring has been recognized for rapid growth by INC 500 and for 8 consecutive years has placed as a Best Place to Work.
Dustin is passionate about using his experiences as an entrepreneur to help other aspiring entrepreneurs. He is an angel investor and an active mentor for start-up CEOs which includes mentoring at Capital Factory, a cooperative that helps early stage companies launch, fund and grow their businesses. In addition, Dustin previously served as President of both the Austin chapter of Entrepreneurs’ Organization and the Technology Entrepreneur Exchange (TeXchange), focusing on providing learning and networking opportunities to help business owners more effectively scale their companies.
Dustin is also a member of multiple non-profit boards and remains actively involved in the community with social impact programs including hosting Central Texas GiveCamps at Headspring over the past few years which is a weekend-long event that provides pro bono technical services to area nonprofits.
Dustin’s leadership awards and recognitions include Austin’s Rockstar Entrepreneur of the Year Award and KPMG Executive Leadership Award.

Vice President of Service Delivery
Vasudha is responsible for the delivery for all consulting engagements across all Headspring offices. Vasudha has more than 15 years of industry consulting and helping clients worldwide transform their organizations and improve their competitiveness in the marketplace.

Jimmy oversees the technical design and architecture of Headspring solutions, evaluating potential technologies and increasing awareness of technologies on the horizon. Jimmy has more than 13 years of experience delivering solutions ranging from shrink-wrapped products to enterprise e-commerce applications for Fortune 100 customers.
He is a Microsoft Certified Application Developer (MCAD) and is an active member in the .NET community, serving as President of the Austin .NET User Group, leading multiple open source projects with millions of downloads worldwide, giving technical presentations, and facilitating technical book clubs. Jimmy is the author of the book ASP.NET MVC in Action, has received the “Microsoft Most Valuable Professional” (MVP) award for ASP.NET every year since 2009, and speaks regularly at international technology conferences.
Outside of Headspring, Jimmy is a proud fair-weather fan of Houston sports teams and enjoys attending local sporting events with his wife and children.

Executive Vice President, Operations and Strategy
Glenn is responsible for day-to-day operations across all consulting practices and offices for Headspring. He has over 20 years of experience in delivering software solutions, ranging from high speed data acquisition for test and measurement, to global e-commerce platforms. His focus now is on setting strategic vision for Headspring’s consulting services, and ensuring that our consultant engineers are equipped with the right environment, equipment, and skills to deliver great software that transforms organizations.

Director of Finance
Kathy oversees the daily operations related to all financial accounting and reporting activities. As a member of the Leadership Team, Kathy provides financial information and forecasts to assist with strategic planning.
Kathy brings over 16 years of both public and private accounting experience to Headspring. Kathy graduated from Kansas State University with a degree in Accounting and went to work at the accounting firm KPMG upon graduation. Most recently Kathy was Finance Manager-Corporate Financial Reporting and Analysis at Hewlett-Packard.
Kathy has been an active volunteer at her daughters’ school in the past and, now that they are older, enjoys volunteering alongside them in the Austin community. Kathy is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan and enjoys playing golf.
